Alakhai serves the Dark Apostle Algeroth, supreme master of war and of technology. 

He wields the Meat Wolfer, an arcane blade so huge that even Alakhai must wield it two-handed. It is said of this blade that it has supped upon the flesh of the mightiest of heroes, and that when Alakhai encounters such a foe on the field of battle it keens for blood with a deafening roar.
